These meetings of the state functionary, Jurgis Çyrbja, already arrested by the SPAK special prosecutor's office, took place in a period when Altin Hajri was wanted for the incident of kidnapping and then the murder and further disappearance of the body of Jan Prenga in the complex of his "Golden" in Shijak.
The cemetery area was visited several times, as the area may have seemed safer and away from the eyes of the police and the residents of the area.
In the conversations uncovered in "Sky" by prosecutor Adnand Xholi, it appears that Altin Hajri's brother-in-law, Julian Gjoshi, was arrested in Tirana.
And in order to save this individual, the lawyer, Çyrbja, and a friend of the latter named "Ols" were committed.
Altin Hajri writes to Jurgis Çyrbe, as if he were a tailor and not as a person wanted by the police, where, after thanking him for the great help he has given him for his arrested brother-in-law, he asks Çyrbe for the body measurements of a person named "Ols ", who, according to the conversation, has provided valuable help in solving this case of the brother-in-law's arrest with a weapon without a permit.
In the file it appears that SPAK has analyzed the communications in the "Sky" application, belonging to the time of December 17 to December 29, 2020, where the previous acquaintance between the SP functionary in Durrës, Jurgis Çyrbja, and the wanted person, Altin Hajri, is evidenced.
In some communications carried out on "Sky", the requests of the person wanted by the police, Altin Hajri, who made Çyrbjas, to exert influence on the head of the Shijak Police Station, in return for the promise to pay monetary sums, appear. , in order to allow the construction of a house by one of his family members, who is the son of Altin Hajri's uncle.
Altin Hajri writes to Çyrbe, saying: "...Morning brother, I'm Daci... My heart is a bit warm, I want to build a house for my Shaba Shijak... we can give coffee to that boss so that I can start working with the sheep...".
Meanwhile, in the following, it appears through the conversations that the planning of the meetings that would take place between the wanted Altin Hajri and Jurgis Çyrbjas, in the same place, where they had met and before in an area near the cemetery, that according to the two interlocutors, the basis is "you have the cemetery...you mimi…”.
"... Come on, there's the neighborhood, where we meet. There's my neighborhood, let's meet at the cemetery.... There's mimi...".
Ndërkohë në vijim të bisedave të zhvilluara në “Sky” mes datave 19 janar 2021 deri në 26 janar 2021 evidentohet fakti i arrestimit në qytetin e Tiranës të kunatit dhe një mikut të bashkëbiseduesit Altin Hajri, të thirrur "Boli", për veprën penale të “Mbajtje pa leje të armëve luftarake”.
Ka rezultuar se në 18 Janar 2021 nga ana e punonjësve të policisë pranë komisariatit Nr.2 në Tiranë janë arrestuar me një pistoletë pa lejë tip “Beretta”, Julian Gjoshi, i cili është kunati i Altin Hajrit dhe miku i tij, Edvin Barçi i thirur me nofkën “Boli”.
Julian Gjoshi, rezulton të jetë dënuar në 23 dhjetor 2021 nga gjykata e Tiranës për akuzën e “Mbajtjes pa lejë të armëve të zjarrit dhe municionit” dhe “Drejtimin e mjetit në gjendje të dehur”.
Në bisedat e zhvilluara Altin Hajri, i bën kërkesë për ndihmë Jurgis Çyrbes për lirimin apo ndryshimin e masës së sigurimit personal për njërin nga të arrestuarit, kundrejt ofrimit dhe të shumave monetare, duke sugjeruar, ndryshimin e personit që posedonte armën pa lejë dhe dëmtimin e gjilpërës së armës së zjarrit, përpara kryerjes së ekspertimit nga policia shkencore.
Ky veprim kërkohej me qëllim përjashtimin e kunatit të Altin Hajrit, Julian Gjoshi nga përgjegjësia penale, duke nxjerrë pistoletën të paaftë për të bërë qitje në testin e ekspertimit balistik që do bënte policia.
Altin Hajri i shkruan Jurgis Çyrbes si më poshtë vijon:
"…se kan kap kunotin tim me pistoletë... Mos bëjmë naj gjë. Është kunati me gjith atë bolin që rrin aty ke unë. Paktën ta maj një dali nji, shif naj “arrest shpia”. Sa lek dun veç ta qisim. Me fol direkt, se dun kap tani. Se mos bëjnë provën. Japim 10 mijë euro veç të na e prishi atë mrrokllën (Pistoletën)...”.
Më tej Altin Hajri vijon ti shkruajë Jurgis Çyrbes duke i thënë se:
“…se arma qeka veç për gishtat...se po se marove ti s’kam kujt me i thënë, me veç prish gjilponën. Kërkoje vëlla, sa lek të dojn veç du t’ja maroj se më mytën kalamajt daja…. Jepi 20 mijë euro sa dojn ai, veç ta mbarojë…. Më 21 del në gjyq. Faleminderit dhe prej teje, të fala bëj Mikut tat Olsit…”.
Gjithashtu nga komunikimet e zhvilluara mes dy protagonistëve që i përkasin datës 28 janar 2021, Altin Hajri i kërkon Jurgis Çyrbjas, që të diskutonte me një lidhjen e tyre, rreth informacionit që kishte marrë se mund të arrestohej nga policia e Tiranës.
"…që ti thotë drejtorit Tiranë, shif të foli pak e shok se kam informacion për atë drejtoria Tiranë që dun me kap…"-i shkruan personi në kërkim Altin Hajri, zyrtarit të PS në Durrës, Jurgis Çyrbes.
Në komunikimet në vijim në aplikacionin “Sky”, Altin Hajri i shkruan Jurgis Çyrbes që të falenderojë personat që e ndihmuan për mbylljen e problemit të kunatit të tij, Julian Gjoshi, moment gjatë të cilit i ka kërkuar që ta ndihmonte lidhur me problemin që kishte me organet ligj zbatuese.

Meanwhile, in the conversation of February 6, 2021, Altin Hajri asks Jurgis Çyrbes to intervene regarding the arrest by the Durrës police of one of his friends for illegal possession of cold weapons.
