Jetmir Koleci, the 33-year-old who shot a gun at the brothers Ilir and Astri Halili, on Sunday afternoon, is still wanted by the police.
The conflict between them started about 2 months ago, even though earlier there was friendship and family relations between them.
Sources close to the police indicate that it was Jetmir Koleci himself, who allegedly wrote to the 13-year-old granddaughter of the Halili brothers, harassing her, with a fake account on Instagram. The minor girl, even though the account in question was without a real name, it is learned that she managed to identify the 33-year-old based on the language of communication.
She informed her family about these messages and some of the brothers of the Halili family are known to have beaten Kolec. He was raped about a month ago and ended up in the hospital, but he refused to give details to the police stating that he did not know the people who beat him.
In the following, Jetmir Koleci, for several days in a row, provoked the brothers with his car by shooting the tires, until Sunday when the Halili brothers came out quickly and as soon as they got close, he shot a gun.
According to the Halils, he shot at them, but the investigators think that he shot in the air out of fear and ran away. The police suspect that he is hiding in Tirana, but after checks, he has not been found.
