Three people fell into the hands of the Kavaja police today after they took a hostage and raped a 22-year-old man.
The blue uniforms announce that Kristi and Enea Dilo (brothers), Renaldo Shala and Xuljano Diko (the abused person) have been arrested.
The authors suspected that the 22-year-old had deceived them into selling a vehicle that he had rented, for the value of 4000 euros.
"They took away a 22-year-old man's freedom and raped him, as they claimed that he had deceived them into selling a vehicle worth 4000 euros, they were caught immediately after the notification and 3 citizens (2 of them brothers) were put in handcuffs. The 22-year-old man was also arrested, on suspicion of fraud. Citizens Kristi and Enea Dilo, Renaldo Shala, Xuljano Diko were arrested. The vehicle for the sale of which the 22-year-old is suspected to have cheated is seized.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Kavaje Police Station, immediately after receiving the notification that some citizens, in cooperation with each other, had deprived a 22-year-old man of his freedom for a few minutes, and had violated him, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Pretext". As a result of quick investigative and procedural actions, it became possible to fully clarify this case, as well as to catch and arrest the citizens responsible, specifically the citizens: KD, 32 years old and ED, 34 years old, both residents of Tirana ( brothers), as well as citizen R. Sh, 25 years old, resident of Durrës.
From these actions, it is suspected that these 3 citizens, in cooperation with each other, forcibly took the citizen Xh. D., they raped him and deprived him of his freedom for several minutes, as they claimed that this citizen had deceived the citizen R. Sh., to sell him a vehicle worth 4000 euros, which he had rented from citizens KD and ED In the framework of this operation, citizen Xh. D., 22 years old, resident of Durrës, as the suspected author of this case of fraud. As material evidence, the vehicle suspected of defrauding citizen Xh. was found and seized. D. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions," the police informs.
