Ervin Mata is another character of the world of organized crime who focuses on the cocaine traffic from South America to the old continent.
Mata became known to the public in 2018, where Fabian Gaxhaj was killed and Ervis Martinaj was injured during a gunfight in the block. Very little was written at the time about his criminal activity in the narcotics trade, giving the block event a showbiz flavor.
But the conversations uncovered by the sky application have brought to light the role and power of Ervin Mata in cocaine trafficking, despite the fact that there is only one case where he is involved.
Ervin Mata has several lines through which he traffics drugs, and one of them is through airplanes, which is not the case with other groups investigated so far.
On page 80 of the court's decision, it is clarified that this person in a chat group talks about the trafficking of 250 kilograms of cocaine from Brazil to Frankfurt airport in Germany. The conversation is from September 2020, where Ervin Mata talks to an unidentified person, where he tells him that he has caught a shipment of 240 kilograms of cocaine in Frankfurt and that it will appear in the newspaper tomorrow.
"Brother, I sell it for 35, Ramadan has paid me for 34. They can also want it for Belgium, but I sell it directly for 35, at least, that's what I have to say. I hope they have it in Albania, I will reduce it by one point, wait for the goods to come out, the plane will land, it will take another two hours. Brother, don't write to me about where my head is, I got 240 pieces, you will read it in the newspapers tomorrow, in Frankfurt" - Ervin Mata
Ervin Mata has also identified the user identified as DP, who is identified as Ergys Dashi, who was killed in Ecuador at the beginning of 2022. At the time when the conversation takes place, Ergys Dashi was staying in the Latin American country where he was a contact point for several groups that supplied cocaine. Between them they talk about money that Mata has in Albania and Holland. However, he informs him that 240 kilograms were seized from him.

The conversation about money takes place 8 days before the amount of drugs was seized at the German airport and the figures are up to 1 million euros.

Por mes të dyve ka dhe një lidhje tjetër pasi Eralbi është i fejuari i motres së Ervin Matës. Biseda mes tyre në aplikacionin sky nuk është dhe aq e qete pasi Mata i kërkon që ta besojë dhe mos të dëgjojë të tjerët.

SPAK arrestoi në këtë çështje Erzen Breçanin mbi dyshimet se ka pastruar paratë që i biri fitonte nga trafiku i drogës.Ndërsa bi të rëndon edhe kuaza e përkrahejs së autorit te krimit të cilën do ta sqarojmë më poshtë. Breçani bie në rrjetin e këtij grupi në gusht të vitit 2020 ku ai vë në dijeni Bujar Ajetin, një personazh kriminal me shumë dritë-hije në qytetin e Kukësit. Ajeti dhe Breçani janë miq me njeri tjetrin pasi kanë shërbyer të dy në repartin RENEA dhe ky i fundit e vë në dijeni se po përgjohej nga policia.

Sipas prokurorisë me fjalnë Erz ata i referohen Erzen Breçanit. Ndërsa konfirmimim për marrëdhënien mes Ajetit dhe Breçanit e ka dhënë dhe Nuredin Dumani, bashkëpunëtor i drejtësisë. Ne verën e vitit 2020 banda e këtij të fundit ishte në kulmin e veprimtarisë së saj dhe vetë Dumani fshihej në Kukës tek Bujar Gërmizi.
“Erzeni e ndihmonte Bujarin me informacione në rastet kur policia vinte ne Kukës për të arrestuar Bujarin apo persona të tjerë. Kujtoj një rast që Erzeni erdhi në Kukës i shqetësuar pasi i kishte rënë në dorë një përgjim dhe në biesedën e përgjuar midis Bujar Ajetit dhe Erzen Breçanit edhe persoanve të tjerë ishte përmendur emri i tij. Pergjimi ishte bërë nga njësia operacionale e policisë së shtetit. Erzeni me Bujarin u sqaruan dhe Erzeni i tregoi se e kishte sqaruar si situata dhe i ka thënë Bujarit që mos të zhvillonim biseda tek bar “Stani” dhe në telefona pasi ishin në përgjim.”- Nuredin Dumani
2 ditë pasi pikasin se po përgjoheshin në 18 gusht 2020 Erzen Breçani pajiset me një telefon me sky ecc dhe ai është blerë nga Nuredin Dumani.
“Unë bleva tre telefona me SkyECC dhe njërin ja kam dhënë në prani të Bujarit shtetasit Erzen Breçanit.”- Nuredin Dumani
Po në 18 gusht Erzen Breçani vendos të lidhet me të birin tani në aplikacionin sky. Në bisedë me Eralbin ai i tregon se ka pasur një bisedë më Ervin Matën , i cili i ka ofruar 500 mijë euro borxh ndërtimin e hidrocentralit në Tropojë. Ndërsa rezulton që i biri i ka sjell 350 mije euro.

In the file, it is clarified that Erzen Breçani is aware of her son's criminal activity and the cooperation he has with Ervin Mata. While in some other cases, according to the prosecution, he plays the role of a father, asking him to give up criminal activity.

Included in this criminal group are two other police officers, Dedian Gjoni and Jonida Babameto. According to the prosecution, they gave information to Ismail Elez who wanted to kill the two brothers Albert and Edmond Nela. The motive for the murder was revenge after they allegedly killed their brother in 2013 in England. An event which remained tentative because it could not be realized as a murder.
Ismail Elezi, in the messages uncovered by SPA, is a key person in cocaine trafficking, mainly in Spain, where he has been living for several years. This person from Sebah with Besmir Muarti, Eralbi Brecani and Ergys Dashi have trafficked from South America to Europe on two occasions. Once towards the port of Rotterdam where each had 10 kilograms of cocaine and in the second case towards Valencia. These persons acted as a structured criminal group where the supplier, financier and host of the narcotic substance was determined. / MCN
