The person in the photo is the young Albanian, Vasil Pilo, who lost his life this Tuesday with 6 PAOK fans in a tragic accident in Romania. He was officially identified just a few minutes ago by the Romanian police, who have already passed the information on to the Greek police.
The news is officially confirmed by reliable sources near the Albanian embassy in Greece. Vasil Pilo is known to have lived with his family in Alexandria, Imathias, Greece for many years. Off camera, his friends say that Vasil was an ardent fan of PAOK and was present at all the matches of his beloved team, which he was doing today as he traveled to France.
On the other hand, Genci Sadiku is the other Albanian immigrant who was only able to communicate with his family by phone for a few seconds around 2:00 PM. He has stated that he will return to Albania.
