A 29-year-old man has been handcuffed in Italy, on suspicion of having committed three robberies during the past month.
The Albanian citizen, Elis Kanani, was arrested by the Carabinieri of Zafferana Etnea, after being wanted for violent robbery in two towns in the Catania area.

A few hours later, armed with an axe, Kanani entered a bar, threatening two employees and taking 160 euros, reports La Sicilia.
The day after, he robbed a grocery store in Viagrande. According to the investigations carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Catania, he laid on the ground a customer who was trying to stop him and then took the remaining 200 euros in the cash register.
