The Special Court sentenced today the members of the criminal group who planned to kill Inez Hajrulla and Ervis Matodashaj in Vlora, in August 2023.
The black squads approved the presence of SPAK by sentencing Leonard Luz and Muharrem Korrovesh to 11 years each, and Amarildo Nikolli, who gained the status of an associate of justice, to 2 years and 9 months in prison.
During the reading of the decision, Leonard Luzi burst out at the associate justice, Amarildo Nikolli, and SPAK in threatening tones.
"You will see Amarildo when I get out of prison," Luzi is quoted as saying and then punched the glass of the cage.
