Three people have fallen into the hands of the police in Fier. 28-year-old Klejdi Kurra was caught transporting 1.2 kg of cannabis, while 2 buyers who were waiting for the vehicle in which the drug was being transported were also arrested.
The other two arrested are 56-year-old Artur Gjika and 27-year-old Borzilok Raço.
"He was transporting 1.2 kg of cannabis sativa narcotics, with the intention of selling them, the 28-year-old was caught in the act and put in handcuffs. In handcuffs and the 2 buyers who were waiting for the vehicle with narcotics, in the village of Qarr. During the inspections, 179 doses of cannabis were found in the apartment of one of the buyers. 1.2 kg of narcotic substance cannabis sativa, and 179 doses of narcotic substance were seized in the apartment of one of the arrested, 2 vehicles and 4 mobile phones.
As a result of the information provided by the police intelligence, following the anti-drug police mega-operation, coded "Tempulli", the Narcotics Investigation Sector and the Special Operational Force of the Fier Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Sector of the DVP Vlorë, finalized the coded police operation "Transportuesi".
As a result of the operation, citizen KK, 28 years old, resident of Memaliaj and citizens A. Gj., 56 years old and BR, 27 years old, both residents of Fier, were arrested.
On the "Levan-Qarr" road axis, in the vehicle driven by the 28-year-old, 1.2 kg of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa were found, which the investigation showed would be sold to citizens A. Gj. and BR. Following the procedural actions for the case, controls were carried out in the apartments of the arrested and as a result, 179 doses of cannabis were found in the apartment of the 56-year-old.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
