We clarify that the above-mentioned citizen is part of the organic structure of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Korçë with the function of Specialist at the Pogradec Service Office, and not in the positions mentioned in the media", the official announcement of the Court of Korçë states.
We remind you that the citizen Zheni Leli was arrested, as he is accused of setting up the base for the production of forged documents with the aim of transporting narcotics and illegal items to England.
According to the investigations, it turns out that Zheni Loli is one of the links of the network that serves for the illegal crossing of the border through the falsification of documents, but not only in the crossing of persons through other routes such as truck transport.
The Court of Tirana at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has signed the security measure "Prison arrest" for Zheni Loli under the charge of the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents", "Fraud" and "Aiding for illegal border crossing".
