They surrendered to the police, the Court leaves Izmir Sakicija and Samuel

The Shkodra Court has remanded in prison two young men, Izmir Sakicia and Samuel Troshani, who surrendered to the police on January 23 for the violence inflicted on 62-year-old Vladimir Bruçi.

The Black Squads imposed the security measure of arrest with imprisonment on them. After the hearing, lawyer Sokol Tahiraj stated that his clients are so far only suspects for the incident that occurred in the Rus neighborhood on June 3 of last year, where citizen Vladimir Bruçi was raped.

Their legal representative stated that there has been no communication regarding other events so far, referring to suspicions that the two young men may have been involved in the Dobraç massacre with 4 victims.

The lawyer stated that so far there has been no criminal offense filed against them except for the case in the Rus neighborhood.

After surrendering to the Shkodra Police, Sakica and Troshani stated that they decided to provide clarifications and their claims. They stated that they agreed with Vladimir Bruçi about the conflict and for this reason they also presented themselves to the police.

Sakica and Troshani were in prison for the incident of June 3, 2024, where 5 people with hard objects raped Vladimir Bruçi for a parking space. The two young men are under security measures by the court only for this incident.

There are suspicions that the two young men were involved in the Dobraç massacre, where Arlind Bushati, Hamza Lici, and the couple Flutura and Bashkim Basha were killed.
