From the in-depth investigations, carried out in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan, immediately after the event that happened yesterday, in the village of Lënie, where citizen FV, 51 years old, died after being damaged by the vehicle of the company where he worked, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of Gramsh Police Station arrested citizen KH, 53 years old, resident of Mollas village, for the criminal offense "Violation of traffic rules".
The arrest of the 53-year-old man was made after it turned out that during the work process for the construction of a hydropower plant, he performed wrong maneuvers with the truck he was driving (the vehicle owned by the construction company), and as a result the citizen FV, 51 years old, was injured. who died during transport to the hospital.
As material evidence, the pick-up vehicle that damaged citizen FV was seized
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
