President Begaj congratulates the USA on the 250th anniversary of Independence

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has congratulated the United States of America on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of Independence, through a message published on social networks.

In his congratulatory message, the head of state conveyed his warmest greetings and best wishes to President Donald Trump, as well as to the American people.

Begaj emphasized that Albania attaches particular importance to the lasting friendship and strategic partnership with the US, relations that, according to him, are based on the common values ​​of freedom, democracy, peace and well-being.

The President also expressed Albania's gratitude for the continued support of the United States, recalling that it has been crucial from the recognition of the Albanian state to the key reforms implemented over the last 35 years.
