The prosecution also read the testimony of Ardjana Vathi, the wife of Skënder Vathi, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the same incident.
According to preliminary statements, she admitted that she went several times to drink coffee at the bar behind the pyramid.
According to SPAK, they have been observing Behar Sofia for 6 months.

In the next session, the prosecution has requested that Marsel Pirra, who has not been found yet, and Ernejt Shyti, the associate of justice, testify.
The other defendants in this case, Xuliano Visha, Leonardi Xhixha, Skender Vathi and Bujar Leza, have each been sentenced to 30 years in prison for the incident, while the Associate Justice who is also Sofia's executor, Ernejt Shyti, has been sentenced to 7 years in prison.
