The Italian police are looking for the knife with which 39-year-old Bledar Dedja was killed in Italy.
In connection with this event, a 17-year-old man was arrested, who confessed that he committed the murder. After taking Dedje's life, the young Italian threw the knife in a wooded area in Paderno del Grappa. For this reason, on Friday, the Treviso carabinieri, made checks among the bushes on a hill in the birthplace of the author of this event. Despite numerous checks, the crime weapon could not be found.
Dedja was stabbed several times, but the fatal one was that it touched her lung, causing her to bleed. The 17-year-old conducted long interviews with the investigators and decided to tell where he threw the knife with which he killed Bledar.
The latter was found in a pool of blood, with his pants down to his knees. During the crime, the 17-year-old injured himself as he was cut with a knife. He went to the emergency room after the murder. This and the testimony of a person who sent him to the hospital helped the authorities to discover that the killer was the teenager.
Investigators are conducting further verifications to understand the real motive behind the murder. All the facts lead to "a personal issue" between the two, with the Italian media writing that perhaps this is related to some kind of blackmail committed by the Albanian.
Dedja and the 17-year-old met about a year ago. As Treviso Today writes, maybe the teenager wanted to stop the "games" between adults and ask Dedja to end that story, but he may have been refused and the Albanian blackmailed the boy saying that he would tell the family everything . However, everything is expected to be verified by the investigation of the Italian authorities.
