The repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, has recounted other details from the murder of Famira Deda in 2013, for which he accuses Talo Çela.
During his testimony at the Criminal Court, Dumani said that the moment he entered the garage, he saw Çela hitting the 60-year-old woman.
Lawyer: Why did the murder plan change?
Dumani: It was easier for us because Agron also lived in the building where the victim lived, Festim and I made the plan. Festim Qoli gave the idea for Agron, Agron Qoli's role was as an informant.
Dumani: Fatmira Deda accused the two brothers of killing her son. While Fatmira Deda was alive, no one would go near the gas station after her murder. The gas station was divided between the two brothers, Petrit and Festim Qoli.
The court rejected the request of lawyer Ilia Ilia to show the film footage in the courtroom of the crime scene with the argument that it was not taken in the form required by law, and the crime scene may have changed, but for the film footage, reference should be made to those in the investigative files.
Lawyer Ilia : At what time did you receive the call from Agron Qoli?
Dumani: I had gone a little before the message came and was positioned near the palace. The message and code was "ardha".
Agron Qoli: Why did he need me when he was ruining himself?
Dumani: How did he know where I was? I was with Talo Çela there, at the scene of the incident. I started the car, headed to the garage, I drove in alone, Talo entered on foot. Fatmira Deda's garage was at the entrance on the right, the first or penultimate. When I drove in, I saw Talo hitting the deceased, she tried to enter her garage, but the shutter remained open because the lady's shutter fell on her shoulder. Talo pulled her and hit her. The deceased was left with her face facing the stairs and her feet facing the garage entrance. It all lasted very little.
