The Special Court has postponed the decision for Emiljano Shullazi and his group, who are accused of the two sensational murders of Vajdin Lamaj and Klodian Saliu.
During today's session, the statements given during the preliminary investigations of 5 witnesses were read, while the next session will be held on November 20.
On Viktor Bajraktar (Imeraj), Emiljano Shullaz, Indrit Taulla, Lulzim Berisha, Plaurent Dervishaj, Indrit Rusi and Luftar Reçi, the accusations are heavy; "Premeditated murder, carried out in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group", "Unauthorized possession of combat weapons with serious consequences", "Structured criminal group", as well as "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, committed in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group.
" At the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, criminal case No. 31/105 of the Act, in charge of the defendants: i) E.Sh and VB, accused of committing the criminal offense "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, committed in cooperation, in the form of a group organized crime, provided for by articles 79/dh, 28/4 and 333/a of the Criminal Code, to the detriment of VL and AA citizens; ii) IT and LR accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder", committed in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group, to the detriment of the citizen (KS), "Unauthorized possession of combat weapons with serious consequences" ", "Structured criminal group", provided by articles 78, 28/4, 278, and 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code, as well as "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, of carried out in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group, provided by articles 79/dh, 28/4 and 333/a of the Criminal Code, to the detriment of VL and AA citizens; and iii) IR accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder", committed in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group, to the detriment of the citizen (KS), "Unauthorized possession of combat weapons with serious consequences". "Structured criminal group", provided by articles 78, 28/4, 278, and 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.
In the public court session of 13.11.2023, the statements given during the preliminary investigations of 5 (five) witnesses were read. The next public court session will take place on 20.11.2023 at 09:00 a.m. to discuss the written evidence" , announces GJKKO.
