Klodian Mhilli is the suspected author of Valter Fierza's murder yesterday evening in Shkodër.
A serious event shocked Shkodra last night. Valter Fierza, 33, was killed by a neighbor. The murder happened in the village of Hot i Ri of the Rrethina unit around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday. The victim was shot with a Kalashnikov assault rifle by a person already identified by the Shkodra local police and wanted. The whole conflict started between the brother of the victim Kolë Fierza and the suspected perpetrator of the murder, Klodian Mhilli. These two people argued with each other about parking a vehicle in the field.
Initially, the debate started in a bar near the apartments regarding parking, claiming that the road was blocked. About an hour after this debate, the conflict continued between the victim Valter Fierza and the suspected perpetrator. After the argument, the author, who is also a neighbor of the 33-year-old, took a Kalashnikov automatic weapon and shot him, leaving him dead on the spot.
Immediately, after the shooting several times, the victim's family members came out and found him dead in the middle of the road, near his car. After the murder, the suspected perpetrator left in an unknown direction. Numerous police forces arrived at the scene of the murder together with the local police director of Shkodra, Ervin Hodaj. After the information provided by the brother of the victim Kolë Fierza and other residents, it was possible to identify the perpetrator who was declared wanted within a short time.
