Sabah Nuzi, the killer who was paid 50 thousand euros by the client Aurel Hoxha to eliminate the 22-year-old, Samet Loka, and Sajmir Kolaveri, who was arrested in Italy and played the role of intermediary and assistant in the murder, were arrested.
Sabah Nuzi, accused by SPAK as a hired killer, like the Lleshi family, is from Burreli, and it is thought that he had an acquaintance and friendship with Klevis, whom he killed and later buried.
According to old police reports, 31-year-old Sabah Nuzi has a criminal record. In 2020, he was arrested by the Mati Police after shooting a gun in the air and threatening a person. Even earlier, in 2012, when he was just 18 years old, he was arrested for injuring 3 people with a pistol.
Aurel Hoxha, otherwise known as Aurelinjo Kalaveri, ordered the murder of the 22-year-old to avenge the murder of his brother in the United Kingdom in 2012 by Arben Lleshi, the 22-year-old's cousin.
The two tribes are embroiled in a revenge saga that began in 2012, when Arben Lleshi killed Agim Hoxha, Aurel Hoxha's brother, and then burned his body in a car. A year later, on October 30, 2013, Xhavit Lleshi, Klevis Lleshi's father, was killed. Three years later, on May 15, 2016, his brother, Hajredin Lleshi, was killed.
Then, in 2020, the Hoxha clan is suspected of ordering the murder of Klevis Lleshi. After the murder, his body was disappeared in the village of Shpërdhet in Kurbin, while the remains were found about 2 and a half years later by residents of the area. Arben Lleshi was serving a life sentence in Peqin prison when he was killed by Sokol Mjacaj in 2023. He was shot in his cell, and it is suspected that the murder was a continuation of this revenge.
