Other details have been disclosed regarding the SPAK operation where 10 people ended up in handcuffs after a cocaine laboratory was found in Qereke in Fushë-Kruja.
It is learned that Andi Sejdini is the owner of the apartment where the cocaine laboratory was set up. The cocaine laboratory was also located on one of the floors of his building, where the entire processing process took place.
Sejdini had a furniture store in the area and does not appear to be a person with a criminal record. The 25-year-old is one of the 10 people arrested by SPAK.
Sources close to SPAK confirmed that the laboratory in the village of Qereke in Fushë Krujë, where the processing of large quantities of cocaine dissolved in cattle skins would be done, had been set up for several months.
According to the prosecution, the site for setting up the laboratory was chosen very carefully, not only because it is a strategic point, close to the international airport Mother Teresa and the port of Durrës and facilitated transportation, but also because due to flights, the area was not monitored by drones.
The house-laboratory is kept under observation by the investigators.
The first shipment of cattle hides arrived in our country in September. During the action, the prosecution arrested 10 people, seven of them Albanians and 3 foreigners. Some of the suspects were handcuffed while having lunch in a bar in Vishnje, while another in a luxury villa in Kodra e Diellit 2 area.
The investigations into the attack on this group lasted more than 1 and a half years, while it is believed that the structure of the group is well-organized and with well-defined roles.
