Regarding the new service to record the main articles of the newspaper "Zeri..." and other materials, the head of the cabinet emphasizes that for this purpose a "radio newsroom" has been set up, where well-known names have been selected in the field of letters such as Nasi Lera, Tatjana Hoxha, Fatri Sinani, Katjusha Pogaçe and Ajet Simirxhiu, who every day according to a certain schedule prepare the "radio show" that Hoxha went to listen to.
So, with this method, other issues also went to the head of the Party, of course the most important ones, most of which due to the character they contained, were consumed in a very narrow circle.
The personal secretary of the head of the Party has recorded in his diary the special preoccupation of the latter for the information that came about the orgies and immoral behavior of party members and high officials, as was the case of a member of the Central Committee, former First Secretary in Shkodër and Vlora, rumored for shameful behavior with women. "In February '84, Enveri suffered cerebral ischemia"
It was the afternoon of February 16, 1984, when Enver's health was shaken again, this time by a brain ischemia unforeseen by the staff of personal doctors, but not only. Haxhi Kroi, who has memorized the progress of his condition almost every day in his diary with special concern, claims that he learned the bad news from Ramiz Alia, on the morning of February 17, 1984. A few hours later, the latter called an extraordinary meeting of the Political Bureau to inform him about the dangerous situation that the main leader was going through.
