The director of the Migjeni Theater, Shkodër, the actress Rita Gjeka has reacted to the sad news of the death of the well-known actor Zef Deda.
In a telephone connection to News24, Gjeka ta se Deda was 'the light of a bright era for the Migjeni theatre'.
"Even though the age difference with Zefi is not big, I had him as an idol. He was not only a great actor, but the Zef Deda phenomenon. It has left an era. We lived in that age and he was the light. He loved the show very much and the feeling he had, he had to rise as much as possible. The legacy he left will become a reality. Kuliçi has also taken over the direction of the theater. Zefi's bequest will be completed. Gone at a very young age. Even in his youth he had some problems with his legs. But he overcame them with his humor. Now he was overtaken by a bad disease. I didn't go to see him, because I wanted to remember Zefi as before. Zefi was loved by all the people, everyone appreciated him. Even the opposition and the position, I think, has been rewarded. He also received the special pension, at least he didn't get left behind. He had his own income, even though he had two wonderful sons. Comrade Xhemal, I single him out as a role," she said.
