In the Palace of Congresses, final preparations are being made for the concert on November 1, where Elsa Lila, accompanied by an Italian band, will perform for all those who have grown up with her songs, from "Pyes lotin", "Vetm a word" to "Evita", the song dedicated to the girl, with which he participated in the Song Festival last year.
With the emotions for this important event in her career, in a media conference this Monday, Elsa Lila said that this concert comes as a sense of obligation to the art lovers who have supported her in these 27 years in music.
"When I started in music, many of them were children like me and now we are grown up. I have not done a recital concert before and I feel this as an obligation to the audience that has given me love".
Why "Finally Elsa"?
"Finally, (finally), because after all these years, my participation comes with such a concert. I left it in Italian, to serve as a bridge between the two countries, since I have been living there for 26 years and have two citizenships. I've seen some comments, people saying they don't like this (title left in Italian), but I believe that in 2023, times have evolved so much that we stop at these trifles. For me, the idea is important", explained the singer.
The concert, a mix between pop, baroque and traditional music
All of Elsa's songs, which we have heard and sung for years, will be part of the concert. In front of the journalists, the artist explained that in collaboration with the Italian band, she will perform on stage the musical genres in which she has proven herself during her artistic creativity.
"There will be pop above all, but also some traditional Albanian pieces, as I have sung them, for example 'Margjelo', which will come in another version or 'Moj e buka more'. There will also be baroque parts," said the singer.
Some "secrets" from "Finally Elsa"
Composer Enrico Melozzi, who has conducted the Sanremo Festival orchestra several times, guitarist Nicola Costa, bassist Roberto Gallinelli, Lele Melotti, Alberto Barsi, Donato Sensini, Guido Della Gatta and Claudio will be part of the band.
The special guest will be the singer Pirro Čako. Lila's song in collaboration with Chako "Diferenca je ti" is still a love hit. "It will be me, music and friendship", said the singer, indicating that there will be no other guests and for this she has an explanation:
"Music for me is the strongest means of expression. Being a passion, it can't be done organically with people who don't love you!”
For Elsa Lila, music is life itself, so even though she has been disconnected from the music market several times, she emphasizes that she will deal with music "until she dies". Meanwhile, the organizers reveal that this recital concert will not be a 'show', but there will be "good music and some confessions through song by the artist", that the public can enjoy this Wednesday evening, at the Palace of Congresses .
