"I personally consider it a historic and very successful moment for small parties. Of course, the expectations were very high and the opportunities from the Albanian reality were an obstacle to breaking an extraordinary barrier. If there is a positive note in these elections, it is the new parties: Nisma Thurrje, Shqipëria Bëhet, Mundësia and Lëvizja Bashkë of Arlind Qori.
I want to compliment them and I want to say that this is the new chapter in Albanian political history, if they want to take the lead in the opposition. It is a historical moment that has a crumbling, crushed DP and a Berisha completely without prospects to compete. Of course, if they were together, they would produce at least 10 to 12 deputies. It is thought that Mundesia will get two in Tirana, Shqipëria Bëhet is thought to get one in Tirana, one in Fier and one in Vlora.

Albania Behet is approaching the mandate, because there is a prognosis of 12 percent of the diaspora vote and now the diaspora boxes have been opened for Vlora and it will be very close to the mandate. The surprise of these elections is the diaspora vote, to have such a high percentage and votes for new parties. The changes have come from the new parties.
"If the new parties invested, they played with a very big risk. They did the campaigns in the diaspora without allowing the diaspora vote. Thanks to their pressure, the diaspora vote became possible, and if they turn the diaspora into a bastion, it could happen that in the next elections they will have 100 thousand, 200 thousand, 300 thousand votes," said Spahiu.
