Analyst Andi Bushati stated that the protest, which has been going on for 12 days, is not simply a revolt against Edi Rama, but against the entire system, including the opposition and the media.
Bushati said that we are dealing with a major conflict, where the protesting generation is demanding the removal of the older generation of politicians, government officials, analysts and media. According to him, the concept of this protest is the removal of the old man.
" They are tired, bored and feel robbed and trampled by speeches like the one Klosi gave here. Telling people that what will be done in Zvërnec is a miracle of tourism, no one can digest it. It's good that you rob me, you also treat me like a fool, it happens a lot. You do it at the Theater, the Stadium, the Ring Road, the Train Station, there's a point when you put up barbed wire, it happens a lot. But no matter how serious this Zvërnec is, it is a symbolic story of the capture of the state, the connection with the oligarchy, the subjugation of the media, they all did it together until it exploded. This protest has surpassed Zvërnec and has two main objectives. The immediate objective, the ouster of Edi Rama, but an ouster that should not be conceived as the removal of an old man. They do not want to be changed with a technical government, Lali Erin, Berisha or Flamur Noka. They want to make a change together with Rama generations. When I say Rama and Berisha, I also mean us.
Then what is achieved is another matter. But if, in addition to the slogan, Rama in prison, Berisha in prison, they also say boycott the media, this is something that goes beyond. It includes Rama's withdrawal, but it goes beyond Rama because in Zvërnec, it was not only Edi Rama, Kushneri and Kastrati. In Zvërnec there was a shameful silence from all the media. They are not stupid, to see that there are withdrawals and protests for days and not be reflected in the media. They understand that protests are held and the opposition hides like an ostrich. It is being outlined as an issue with the system, even a generational conflict. In a way, Batoni supports it, but I am against Rama, in the support that Batoni has given and my opposition, we have also left pieces of strength, dignity, arguments in this battle. They may be tired and disgusted by all this. How much they achieve is another matter. "I'm saying what I read in their indignation ," Bushati declared on the show "The Unexposed."
