A week ago, the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, accompanied by the EU Ambassador, Silvio Gonzato, made a public act to be greeted, giving a concrete message about the assets associated with crime and corruption, which are being confiscated and are put at the service of the social and cultural needs of the citizens.
Minister Balla started the public message with the inauguration of the "Art&Activism" center in Durrës, opened in the apartment of the former Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla; which was confiscated by the decision of SPAK and the Court, as one of the assets from the source of corruption favoring crime.
The 62 m2 apartment in Durrës is "crumbs" of Adriatik Llalla's assets, but it is a sign of hope that the assets that were stolen from this country by the rulers will be returned to the state and put at the service of the communities.
But Llalla was a "soldier" of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, who, through the absolute power they had, stole and accumulated wealth, even using Adriatik Llalla to avoid touching the ministers, directors, mayors, thieves and traffickers and businessmen who cleaned billions.
Since the operation of confiscation of assets from the source of crime and corruption has started, the concrete question is asked, for two former presidents and former prime ministers: - Will the villas, palaces and apartments of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta be confiscated, and will they be used as apartments of Adriatic Llalla in Durrës?
Until now, only the son-in-law of Saliu, villas in Lalz and many apartments, commercial units and bank accounts of thousands of Euros have been seized; but they are not being confiscated, to make it a rest and residential center for people in need, even Saliu has not had any of his assets or bank accounts blocked.
For 3 years, the spouses Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi have been under investigation for state corruption, trafficking, concealment of assets, lobbying and partnership with Vladimir Putin's oligarchs, while for 1 year they have been under investigation for the criminal offenses they committed together and separately.
So far, only Monika Kryemadhi's phone and computer have been seized, but their diplomatic passports have not been blocked; their villas in Lalz, buildings and apartments in Tirana, Durrës, Vlora, Himarë, Sarandë and bank accounts have not been seized.
In fact, after being investigated, the couple Meta Kryemadhi were allowed to hide their assets by sale and fictitious donations, as they hid from Bes Kallaku, brother Drini Kryemadhi; but also the LSI offices in the name of the partner Muharrem Berisha and some assets to Monika's "strongmen".
We mentioned Saliu and Iliri as "iconic" examples of assets that were used for corruption and trafficking when they were in power, but Genc Ruli, Genc Pollo, Ridvan Bode, Lindita Nikolla, Engjëll Agaçi also have assets that should be blocked and confiscated. Ilir Beqja, Olta Xhaçka, Fatmir Mediu, Lulzim Basha, Flamur Noka, Ogerta Manastirliu, Anila Denaj, Blendi Gonxhe and even Edi Rama who has hidden money offshore outside Albania, as stated in the EU investigation.
SPAK knows that these assets are not sourced from salaries or inheritance, because all the main politicians have become billionaires and rich after taking government positions./ Pamphlet
