Tragic accident in India, President Begaj: Sad, we stand in solidarity with all those affected

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has expressed his condolences to the Indian people and the families who lost their relatives in the tragic air crash that occurred today.

Through a post on the social network "X", Begaj emphasized that the Albanian people stand in solidarity with all those affected by this tragedy.

"Deeply saddened by the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad. On behalf of Albania, I express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the people of India. At this painful moment, we stand in solidarity with all those affected, " Begaj wrote.

We recall that today an air disaster occurred in India, where an Air India plane bound for London crashed a few minutes after takeoff in western India, killing 242 people.
