Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku spoke about the opposition's action. She said that chaos is expected to continue inside and outside the Assembly the next day, adding that she hopes to be allowed to enter the Parliament hall.
Tabaku stated that she has never been punished for violating the rules in the Assembly, but added that her democratic colleagues were punished with an article that was overturned by the Constitution.
"Even deputies who have not received punishments have not been allowed by the Guard. It is unacceptable for the Guard of the Republic to touch me, who is the most active member of parliament, and it will create a precedent that will worry me a lot and I will raise it to all the levels I can as a concern if it happens", said Tabaku.
But Mimi Kodheli, deputy of the SP, opposed it, saying that it was not appropriate to have a mea culpa for all the burnings that have taken place.
"In the last session, a deputy of the SP asked the Speaker of the Assembly to allow the unconvicted deputies to enter the hall. I don't know if the opposition MPs would have done this?" Kodheli told "News 24".
The debate between them:
Tabaku: Do you understand what level we are at, do you understand what is being discussed that Elissa's permission is requested to allow the deputy to enter the Assembly?
Kodheli: Have you seen in the corridors what happens, who pushes whom? In the corridors of the Assembly, an opposition deputy pushes a lady deputy and we have no apology from the DP lady deputies.
