Accusations against Berisha, Vokshi: Edi Rama provoked a conflict when he took SPAK to the PD headquarters

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Albana Vokshi, commenting on SPAK's accusations against Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltez, said that the Constitution of the Republic of Albania is not to be interpreted, but to be implemented and this, according to her, is proved by Article 73.

Invited to the show "Debat" on "A2CNN", she stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama provoked a conflict when he took SPAK to the PD headquarters.

" Fortunately, the Constitution is not to be interpreted, it is to be implemented. The Constitution is clear, Article 73 is clear. It says "it is applied, not interpreted". Point. It is not interpreted, fortunately, because if it were to be interpreted, then every juror can interpret it quite differently ," she said.
