77 mandates at the national level and 20 deputies in the Tirana district. These are the objectives of the Socialist Party for the May 11 elections, which the majority deputy, Arben Pëllumbi, revealed in the studio of "Debat" by Alba Alishani, on A2 CNN.
" Today we have 18 mandates in Tirana, when Tirana had 36 mandates. Now Tirana has gone to 37 mandates, and we claim that the additional mandate of Tirana should be won by us. This is our minimum objective to go to 19 mandates. Our optimist is to go to 20 mandates. I would support what the Prime Minister said that we aim for 77 mandates at the national level, which seems to me the most realistic objective. Of course we can go beyond this, but let's stay at this objective here ," said Pëllumbi.
He further underlined that the Socialist Party does not discuss winning the elections, but seeks a massive vote from Albanians, as a sign of support for the country's path towards integration into the European Union.
" I believe that facing the citizen, meeting him is what makes you understand the weight of what has been assigned to you. We do not believe that we will lose. When we speak, we say that we give a strong message to Europe. So the Albanian people should give their own government support, on the European path, It is not about winning, this is not discussed. Not only the polls but we are in daily contact with the people ", declared Arben Pëllumbi.
