"Not even Russian oligarchs pay 6 million dollars", Evi Kokalari:

Activist Evi Kokalari does not agree with Sali Berisha. She has reacted to the $6 million lobbying, saying that Berisha has shown us that he is truly corrupt. According to her, he would most likely have removed the women's name by lobbying through friends and sympathizers, rather than with money.

I need to explain something to you about the absurd situation we see with the DP these days.

First of all, let me tell you that Berisha's non-grata status could have been removed without paying a single dollar, and by individuals who could have done so for other reasons, such as helping the opposition, etc.

The fact that they paid people like LaCivita & Trujillo $6 million has not made America with them, as Flamur Noka says up and down, but has bought some consultants who are trying to make money on Trump's behalf.

Trump will neither take money nor does he care about their money. The same goes for Rubio. That's why I say: the chances would be higher to remove the stain from Berisha, if someone had lobbied with spirit and knew how to present this issue to the appropriate institutions.

The signing of the contract simply shows that in that small and poor Albania, these people are truly corrupt, because not even Russian oligarchs pay $6 million for stain removal.

On the other hand, the fact that the media of the DP's communications director publishes articles filled with false stories and does not even bother to verify them, especially when talking about President Trump's son, goes beyond tragedy.

It's one thing to attack the Trump family with facts, and it's another to do it with false information, especially when you're already mired in mud.

Again – if Berisha had remained loyal to the re-established DP, the opening of the party, meritocracy, real and not manipulated primaries, and if he had invested those 6 million dollars in the campaign, the chances were that he would have won on May 11th and the non-grata could have been lifted without paying a single lek.

At this moment, it seems like he will lose the 6 million, the elections, and his mark will remain forever.

The tragedy in this case is not Berisha and his non-grata, but the opposition base, which at this point is bound to be emotionally and financially devastated. It is to them that Berisha will owe the greatest debt.
