After Haiti and Guyana, lobbyist Trujillo "fished" Berisha; trouble

And referring to the two contracts, namely with the Government of Guyana and that of Haiti, the agreement that Continental Strategy has signed with Berisha's PD worth 6 million dollars is a 'bingo'.

Carlos Trujillo, who served as ambassador during Donald Trump's first administration, is being considered by American media as one of three lobbyists who have increased contracts with various clients after Donald Trump took office for a second term as US President.

Trujillo has founded the lobbying firm Continental Strategy, which along with Ballard, another company founded by Brian Ballard, both from Florida, are seeing their businesses 'boom'.

Recently, Trujillo's company has 'fished' the Democratic Party and Sali Berisha, with a contract worth 6 million dollars, which lasts two years, so with a simple calculation of 250 thousand dollars per month.

This contract in monetary value is 10 times higher than what the same company signed with Guyana. The Guyana government wants a sense of security, so it hired a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm headed by Carlos Trujillo at a cost of $600,000 in contract fees, plus a maximum of $180,000 per year in expenses, to lobby President Trump and his administration.

And this lobbying is about the fact that the US will intervene militarily to defend Guyana in the event that it is attacked by Venezuela.

Another of Trujillo's contracts is with the Haitian government. According to documents filed with the Justice Department, his firm Continental Strategy signed a $35,000-a-month, one-year contract with Haiti's transitional government to lobby on its behalf.

According to the filing, the firm "will represent the Republic of Haiti as part of a comprehensive program to: (1) support recovery efforts and enhance Haiti's profile in the United States; (2) increase U.S. trade and investment; and (3) assist the government in addressing financial sector improvements and other necessary steps. Activities may include lobbying, preparation and distribution of informational materials, and engagement with U.S. policymakers."

The contract was signed by Prime Minister Alix-Dider Fils-Aimé on February 7 and deposited by Trujillo on February 24 - the same day that Haiti was among 18 countries that sided with the US and Russia in voting against a non-binding European-backed resolution at the United Nations that condemned Russia as an aggressor in the ongoing war in Ukraine.

And referring to the two contracts, namely with the Government of Guyana and that of Haiti, the agreement that Continental Strategy has signed with Berisha's PD worth 6 million dollars is a 'bingo'. This amount will be paid over two years, therefore with an annual value of 3 million euros, or almost 10 times higher than what Trujillo has signed with the Government of Haiti, or 5 times higher than that with that of Guyana.

The three contracts have been implemented in the last 3 months. And referring to the values of lobbying, it seems that the problem of Berisha or his party is much greater than the problem that the governments of the two countries may have, who have once again chosen a lobbyist to get the support of Trump or his administration. /Pamphlet/
