The Albanian job fair in Athens was a propaganda move by Prime Minister Edi Rama to entice immigrants to leave their jobs in Greece and return to invest and find employment in Albania, promising them high salaries, low taxes, and equality.
To deceive immigrants, Babloku led companies with interests related to him and government officials, who receive tenders, auctions, permits for towers, palaces, resorts, concessions and free beaches.
Among the 120 companies that the government brought to the fair in Athens were the companies of oligarchs Rrok Gjoka, Janis Karathano, Bashkim Ulaj, Pëllumb Salillari, Luan Bregasi, Nikolin Jakaj, Ilir Trebicka, Dajlan Avdia, Sinan Idrizi, Agron Papuli, Aleksandër Sarapuli, Idajet Ismaili, Gaz Demi and traffickers Gjergj Luca, Lul Morina and Roland Ziu.
Apart from the speaker Gjergj Luca, who spoke about the achievements of Edi Rama's government, the oligarchs and drug-trafficking businessmen were not at their companies' stands in order not to appear publicly, but had instructed the promotion employees that when Babloku asked them about their salaries, they should say that they earn between 2,000-3,000 Euros, in addition to bonuses.
At the stands of the oligarchs' companies, Babloku acted as if he didn't know who they were or what kind of business they did, even though they had their logos published.
Babloku knows them and has ties of interest with them, because they are the companies that, on his orders, have received and continue to receive 80% of the funds for tenders, auctions, permits for towers, palaces, resorts, energy concessions, land, lands, beaches, and roads with PPP; he has even kissed some of them on the forehead.
For example, when he went to the company "Air Albania", Babloku acted as if he didn't know who it was and asked when it started operating in Albania: when this company gave it the charter, the government is a 10% partner with it and Babloku takes the owner Sinan Idrizi on government delegations.
As if he didn't know, he also acted when he went to the stand of Bashkim Ulaj's "Gener 2" company, when he gave it 2 billion Euros in tenders and state assets, permits for 10 towers and 50 palaces, 300 hectares of hills for quarries, and a 1.3 billion Euros PPP for the Thumanë-Kashar toll road for 35 years.
What does your company do? - asked Babloku at the stand of the "Gjoka Konstruksion" company of oligarch Rrok Gjoka, then he came out of his role and asked them when the Murriz Tunnel will be completed, while they replied: - According to your order, we will complete it within March 2025.
