Begaj meets the counterpart of North Macedonia: Let's speed up the joint process towards EU integration

The President of Albania Bajram Begaj visited North Macedonia today, where he met some of the leaders of the region and the Macedonian state.

After the meetings, Begaj held a joint media conference with the President of North Macedonia, Gordjana Siljanovska, and the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic.

President Begaj appreciated the good friendship between the countries, while he requested that this started path continue in the future. He has also requested that the states cooperate with each other on their way to the European Union.

"Let's follow the policies of good neighborliness and speed up the process of our common integration" , said Begaj.

This is the first meeting of President Begaj with the elected president of North Macedonia, Gordiana Siljanovska.
