The deputy of the DP and the deputy speaker of the Assembly, Agron Gjekmarkaj, appreciated the decision of the Court of Appeal two days ago to return the stamp to Berisha as a patriotic act.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Gjekmarkaj stated that this is a positive turn as a whole because it is already clear from a legal point of view where the country's opposition is.
" I had dilemmas and fears until the last moment that maybe it could not happen so that they could put their hands in, but for the sake of truth the three judges could not put their hands in front of the history of the Albanian opposition and I judge it as a patriotic act.
I judge it as an act done to pluralism and the country. It is a positive turn as a whole because it is already clear from the legal point of view where the country's opposition is. Now begins a new period for the opposition, that of a new relationship with the public, a new conception to convince it to be voted to make a change in Albania" , said Gjekmarkaj.
