In recent weeks, the prosecutor's office has conducted operations and undertaken several actions that will directly affect the upcoming election campaign. Operation "Metamorphosis" "cut off the wings" of many political figures connected to crime.

The signals are that SPAK is nearing the end of the investigation and the communication of accusations will continue. While Berisha escaped prison because of his age, Meta may end up in a cell. Likewise, security measures are expected for Kryemadhi. In short, both are hot cards for the upcoming elections. If SPAK acts, then we can say that PL declares bankruptcy before the elections.
Another name is Sali Berisha. He is under house arrest and the signals are that SPAK can close the investigations and send Berisha to court only in the fall. This means that in the coming elections, Berisha will most likely continue to campaign from the balcony and this will undoubtedly damage the DP. Also, this limits Berisha to be a contender for prime minister and the fight between the deputies will probably break out, even though it will take a lot of work for the PD to win.
We also have members of the Assembly who are under investigation by SPAK. We have former ministers and mayors who also risk going to prison. Rama himself gave the signals in the SP Assembly that he will change the list of candidates and probably anyone whose name appeared in the SPAK files will no longer be a candidate. To be more precise, SPAK seems to know how to play a role in the new list of deputies, but also in the new government, since obviously the accused names will not be part of the government, whoever the winning party is.
We have to wait and see, but SPAK seems to have the fate of the country. They decide whether this caste that has been leading for 33 years will end, or whether they will continue to oppress the Albanians. / Pamphlet
