Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha spoke again today about the situation created in Kosovo and the cancellation of the meeting between the two governments, Albania-Kosovo.
According to him, Prime Minister Edi Rama canceled the meeting by order from Belgrade.
"Edi Rama canceled by order from Belgrade, the participation in the meeting with the government of Kosovo in Gjakova, in the framework of the 145th anniversary of the League of Prizren. As a reason for the cancellation of this long-announced meeting, Rama presented Kosovo's refusal to discuss separately in a format presented by him, about Rama's draft for the Association, received from Belgrade's drawers."
He also accused Rama of interfering in the internal affairs of Kosovo.
"The authorities of Kosovo rejected the brutal intervention of Edi Rrama in the internal affairs, for a problem with which the most powerful countries of the globe are dealing. Regarding these developments, DP condemns with the greatest force the brutal intervention of Edi Rama in the internal affairs of Kosovo and his vindictive act between two neighboring countries of one nation, in an irritated climate," said Berisha.
