The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media, asked some more questions for Edi Rama, regarding the robbery of 224 thousand square meters of land in Gjiri e Gjipe, which Rama and his family took without having no document of any kind.
Berisha wants to know from Rama, if he has included this land in the strategic investment area of Jala.

3- In the event that you did not include in the strategic investment of Jala the 224 thousand square meters of looted land in Gjipe, did you include any of them in this area.
4- Do you Edvin Gjipeja, the thief of Gjipeja, understand that you are robbing a land using the power of the prime minister for which you have no cadastral document, no expropriation document from the state, and no official document that your grandfather Petro Koleka has buy it from someone else.
The Democratic Party and the Albanian public are waiting for answers to these annihilating questions, which seem to have the fate of the first. But the Democratic Party declares that it will use all the means to protect 224 thousand square meters of land in the Gjipe Bay, to protect one of the 10 most amazing canyons on the planet from Edi Rama and his predatory clan.
