Democratic leader, Sali Berisha, returned today to attacks on former SPAK leader, Altin Dumani, as he appeared at the Special Prosecution Office in respect of the security measures that are still in force, regarding the 'Partizani' file.
Berisha accused Dumani of having guaranteed freedom to some of the most dangerous exponents of crime, but also of having lied in the vetting statement about the connections with Andon Pango.
"Today, I communicated to Altin Dumani, Altin Troplini and his three new surnames, which he has earned for his black face.
