The leader of the opposition Sali Berisha has ironized the recent decision of Prime Minister Edi Rama to declare himself the Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Republic.
According to him, the ignorant Edi Rama has declared himself the chairman of the National Scientific Council of the Republic.
According to him, science belongs to those who do science and not to ignoramuses and thieves.
Berisha: Finally, dear friends, he has brought the last law to give the country's universities the death blow. He has introduced the law by which he declares himself the president of the National Scientific Council of the Republic.
An ignoramus, a man who, if he had even a nanogram of sense, could never make such a decision.
Science belongs to those who do science and not to the ignorant and thieves.
But my friends, with this law, with this decision, he has dealt a fatal blow to the country's universities, for whom academic freedom means freedom of scientific research. It is vital, as is the air for the birds that fly.
In the national council of science, at the head of the chief scientist of science, Edi Rama, Lubi Balluku has three representatives, besides himself and two others.
In this council, the raven of corruption Manastirliu, has three representatives. Whereas public universities of the country have a total of 3 representatives.
They have in total for science what the academic bodies have, they have the talents, they have the researchers, they are all equal together to what Lubi Balluku has, to what Korba has of covid and anyone else.
