Berisha also said that without a technical government there can be no rotation of power.
"My friends, today more than ever, you are invited to rise to the battle without return, with civil disobedience to the technical government.

Without a technical government, there is no rotation of power in Albania.
Without a technical government, every day, every week, every month, Albania remains a punished country, a country abandoned by Albanians.
Therefore, I invite Albanians, I invite every Albanian to be inspired by you, to follow your example, to continue our battle, to sow hope and faith in the four corners of the country.
