"Berisha, an old political machine", Dashnor Sula: Here's why the DP lost heavily in the elections

Former Democratic MP Dashnor Sula spoke about the recent political developments in the country. He analyzed the reason why the Democratic Party lost the May 11 elections.

"The leader has a great specific weight. He has tried it 3-4 times, now Rama has become an old politician, you can't replace him with an even older machine," he said.

Dashnor Sula was left off the Democratic Party's lists of candidates for MPs and has since left the party. Asked if he would like to return to the Democratic Party, the former MP replied categorically with "No".

"I will not cross that threshold. As long as Berisha is there, I will not go. There is no place for me there! My father has closed the door. In a place where they do not listen to you and do not accept you, I do not knock on the door, that is why I am outside", he said.
