Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has today warned of strong protests for what he calls a SPAK megascandal.
Berisha says that SPAK is an instrument directed by Prime Minister Rama and this is proven according to him that the sterilization contract that SPAK has is not the original one but a copy.
"The DP informs the public that there are shocking data that claim that the SKAP of the party, in order to manipulate the investigations according to the orders, operates with forged and not original contracts.
Yesterday, the media reported from the special prosecution that this body did not have the original contract of the second theft of the century.
We inform the Albanians that the original contract has been filed:
- In the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, which after 3 years and 300 thousand euros in bribes, declared it in accordance with the law.
- In the protocol of the Ministry of Health.
- In the Ministry of Justice.
- In the Ministry of Finance, whose treasury cannot make any payment without having the original contract.
- In FSDKSH, a body that can make no payment to the contractor without the original contract.
- The original copy is available to all hospitals where the service is performed.
- The contractor of this service has the original copy.
For all this, DP calls on the citizens to stand up as soon as possible in powerful protests to take our destiny in our hands and to save Albania from this criminal organization led by Edi Rama - says Berisha.
