Berisha before the BKH agent, DP militants "surround" SPAK; what is

A lawsuit by Irena Gjoka, a judge of the GJKKO, against Argita Malltezi (Berisha), the daughter of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, is expected to place the democratic leader before the BKH agent, who has been summoned in the capacity of a person who has knowledge regarding the matter being investigated by SPAK.

Berisha is expected to appear at the Special Prosecution Office around 10:00 a.m. And in parallel with the appearance of the democratic leader at SPAK, it will be the militants and members of the DP leadership structures who will go in front of the Prosecution building, in a form of support for their leader.

They were 'called' to support Berisha by Flamur Noka, the Secretary General of the DP, who, whenever the democratic leader appears at SPAK, takes on the role of organizer of supporters outside the Prosecution building.

Berisha is expected to be questioned by BKH agent Ardit Neli, and then, with an almost identical scenario as in similar cases, the democratic leader will address his supporters with a speech. Of course, today he will have his arrows at judge Irena Gjoka, but also SPAK, which has launched investigations after the lawsuit of the former president of GJKKO against Argita Berisha.

More specifically, an accusation has been made against Judge Gjoka for a bribe of 500 thousand euros. The statement was made on September 23, 2024, at a time when Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi were under security measures, while the accusation was made by Argita Malltezi.

"What is known by everyone, I believe also by journalists, judges and prosecutors of SPAK, 17 people are included in the Encrochat file. 17 people from the special judiciary, in addition to others. The question you should ask is why this does not come out? The judge in the case, Irena Gjoka, is also allegedly in a video, is it true, I do not know, I am told that it is in a video taken from a mobile phone of a journalist who has left Albania, in which she is filmed talking to a former exponent of the Socialist Party negotiating the fee he is asking of 500 thousand euros to not include him in a structured criminal group. SPAK must tell us whether this is true or not", was the statement of the daughter of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Referring to this statement, Gjoka addressed SPAK, which initiated criminal proceedings 193/2024.
