Democratic leader Sali Berisha appeared at SPAK as part of the implementation of the security measure "compulsory appearance", where he stayed for several minutes and then spoke to the media, at the entrance to the Special Prosecution building.

While commenting on Edi Rama's statements on BKH agents, Berisha said that the Prime Minister spoke about this only after the Constitutional Court's decision.

"He had kept secret for over 20 days the BKH agents' visit to the Prime Minister with batons. Rama, terrified, kept it secret and released it the day after the Constitutional Court's decision. This encouraged Rama. After the GJK's decision, any possibility of investigating ministers is closed.

He received guarantees for this. If there is no suspension, he will never allow immunity and arrest. The measure that was left in the hands of the Prosecution was the suspension in the case of ministers, and this after the GJK party blocked it to the hilt.

"An act like this has not happened," he said.

He stated that Rama was terrified by the BKH agents, but with the decision given by the Constitutional Court, the powers of the justice system were completely removed.

"The agents went to the Prime Minister, but Edi Rama kept it a secret. He spoke only after the Constitutional Court's decision, which set the boundaries of SPAK and granted 'immunity' to Edi Rama," Berisha said.

He has invited citizens to join the national protest on December 22, to give the best response to Edi Rama.

"The Constitutional Court's decision prohibits any investigation against ministers and the Prime Minister, so Rama received guarantees that there will be no arrests," Berisha said.
