The Democratic Party requested a few days ago the exclusion of Taulant Balla, the leader of the socialist parliamentary group, from the proceedings of the Assembly, claiming that he used offensive language during the plenary session.
The Democrats' request was reviewed by the Ethics Secretariat, which decided to reject the DP's request.
The request for exclusion was signed by MPs Belind Këlliçi, Tomorr Alizoti, Ivi Kaso, Enno Bozndo, Elda Hoti, Tomor Alizoti, Bardh Spahia, Jorida Tabaku, Igli Cara, Vangjel Dule, Brunilda Haxhiu, Bujar Leskaj, Luan Baçi, Ina Zhupa, Denisa Vata, Klevis Balliu, Erisa Xhixho, Tedi Blushi and others.
During a parliamentary debate, Taulant Balla said that while the opposition talks about rabbits, then greyhounds should also be mentioned. It seems that this expression of the socialist MP has prompted the Democrats to classify it as an ethical violation, resulting in his exclusion from the session.
