The head of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, reacted to the statements of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, stressing that the end of impunity is the first day of true democracy for Albanians.
In a post on social networks, Basha said that the majority is working like a mafia cartel, where they threaten each other.
"They have become like the mafia cartels, which come out and threaten each other for fear that their turn is coming. First came the head of the stinking fish. Now the cironka's head comes out as stinky as the fish. And in the end, together with their crutches, they intend to pressure and threaten SPAK. The end of impunity is the first day of true democracy for Albanians. Therefore, today it is vital to stop the dirty hands that, in bargaining with each other, seek to bring SPAK under control", wrote Basha.
