Democratic Party MP Agron Gjekmarkaj has criticized the 2026 budget. He said that instead of serving the needs of citizens, the budget serves certain interests.
The DP MP said that this budget, which is expected to be approved, does not show development, but rather emphasizes the social scourge.
"This budget is not a state budget. It is a budget of orders. It is a budget of interests. It is a budget of a philosophy that does not recognize the personality of man, but only recognizes the benefit of depersonalizers! I do not vote against the numbers. I vote against the philosophy that they represent. Against programmed poverty," the deputy said.
The Democratic MP added that they will vote against any budget that sees the state as private property.
