Debates continue in the Assembly regarding the anti-corruption resolution. The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, said that the opposition should divide their minds whether it is for the fight against corruption, or to protect what has been defined by the US as the monument of the fight against corruption.
" Divide your mind, are you the ones who in the morning seek to fight corruption and overthrow the government, which according to you is corrupt, or are you the ones who go to the path of hope in the afternoon and defend what has been declared 'non grata' for major corruption ", he said. Manja said to the opposition MPs.
The Minister of Justice said that the opposition has corrupted big and small in this country, even the international ones.
" You go to the embassies and speak differently, in the media you act as if you are crying for trouble, here you speak differently, there you go to the street of 'Shpresa' and defend the one on the 8th floor, divide your mind, who are you and what do you represent?
This resolution does not aim to capture justice, but aims to advance the reforms that have been initiated. Divide your mind, are you the one who is looking for the way to corruption in the hall, or are you in defense of the one who is labeled as a monument of corruption. What you are doing now, you will see the bill in the 2025 elections, don't forget that the elections are coming soon , "said Manja.
