PD MP, Enkelejd Alibeaj, raised the concern from the floor of the Assembly that the majority is trying to control justice, by setting up the commission for the work of SPAK, warned a few months ago by the socialists.
During the interpellation with the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, about the criminal amnesty, Alibeaj denounced that the BKH employees were expelled from the prime minister's office where they had gone to get documents for the purpose of investigative work.
" No reference has been made to SPKA for the past year, BKH employees are kicked out of the prime minister's yard because they want to go and get the materials there. The cries of the prime minister that he would set up that commission, he is setting it up and the parliament became a party. This is the great danger. SPAK new justice are at risk. Today I have a call for two categories, firstly for internationals, it is a big alarm about what is happening for justice and for the future of this country. They are a scary majority who showed that they have no guts to take any initiative at night to attack justice. Secondly, I have it for the Albanians, I have it for 70% of Albanians who today are eager for justice. It is up to them to understand with their vote that they will leave it in the hands of the corrupt or take it in their hands" , said Alibeaj.
