Edi Rama can't find a solution, postpones the SP Congress again

Prime Minister Rama seems to be having trouble with the SP Congress, as he has postponed it again.  

After being moved from July 20 to 27, the SP Congress is set to be held on July 28 at 11:00 am.

In the Congress, the leading socialist Edi Rama will also present the new platform on how he will choose the candidates for deputies of the political force he leads.

Rama has warned that three quarters of the Assembly that will emerge from the July 20 Congress will be new members.
